Trumpets have an appealing size and shape well-suited to lamp making- attractive and slender, but not too tall. This lamp features a vintage trumpet manufactured by Conn USA (Director Model, Serial Number 54808). Certainly, shows bruises and dents of a well-used instrument, but still in good condition with working valves. (See photos). Trumpet is about 18” tall, excluding mouthpiece.

This one is a vintage bugle lamp labeled “Rexcraft Official Bugle Boy Scouts of America.” It is appropriately dinged and bruised to project an authentic vintage look of a repurposed musical instrument.
